Better context makes better meeting answers
A practical guide to preparing briefs and documents that help Notemotion respond with the right detail and tone.
Start with the outcome
Write one or two sentences about what the meeting needs to accomplish. A clear outcome gives the assistant a useful direction without overloading it with background.
Add the documents that matter
Attach the proposal, role description, account brief, or agenda you expect to reference. Relevant documents are more useful than a large unsorted folder.
Keep the brief current
Update names, dates, pricing, and decisions before the call. The assistant can only ground its response in the context you provide and what it hears during the meeting.
